Hebei Handan County-Wide Manure Treatment Project Successfully Completed

To implement the policy of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, Handan City in Hebei Province launched a county-wide project to renovate one hundred chicken houses. The goal is to improve the efficiency and centralization of manure cleaning through the use of mechanized and automated equipment, thereby fully enhancing the farming environment.

This project was undertaken and implemented byShandong Xinshuanglong Livestock Machinery Co., Ltd. In response to the challenges of manure removal in chicken houses—such as difficult cleaning, high labor costs, and environmental pollution risks—our company provided a systematic solution.

In this renovation project for3 million laying hens,our company was responsible for overall planning, installation, and construction. We equipped the facilities withautomatic manure-cleaning belt systems and500 horizontal manure-conveying lines,effectively realizing automated and centralized manure management in the chicken houses.

After completion, the project has operated with stability and high efficiency, greatly improving farming productivity, reducing labor input, and minimizing environmental risks. It has received unanimous praise and high recognition from the farming enterprises and end users.
